  1. Hi Emily,
you are doing very well with the Rocky Coast. I still couldn't see the cable mistake even when you pointed it out. The froot loop socks are gorgeous.
your 2012 goals are reasonable, I think. Just do a bit a week.
A very pleasant episode, all told.

  2. Hi Emily,
I sent you a PM on Rav and suggested 3 DVD's to get about Spinning. I think they are all done by Interweave.

I love your knitting, your Rocky Coast Cardi is beautiful. I think your tip about cutting the Toe Up sock tail the length of foot before heel is genius!!

    Cheers!

  3. I can't speak highly enough about the sidekick - love that wheel! This is my first time watching but won't be my last - your smiling demeanor is such a mood booster!

  4. Second time watching. Love your laugh/giggle. I caught the spinning bug 5-6 years ago at my 1st fiber festival. Loved the look and texture of the batts but had no idea how to spin. Played with a spindle briefly there and thought nope that's not going to work for me. I went home and looked into wheels and DVDs on spinning within 2 months I had bought 2 used wheels. So in trying the spindle if it doesn't feel right don't let it stop you from going after that first wheel (or 2)

  5. I have a 4" binder that I use for all of my cirs. I have them by size in nylon pencil pouches and I love it! It's basically the same idea, except, my binder doesn't zip. I have another binder for notions, 1 for crochet hooks, and 1 for patterns. I pop my binders on my bookshelf and voila! Easy storage. Like you, I love the pretty needle cases out there - but they just can't handle all of my storage needs.
